Each woman has her particular cycle. There are those who have more bleeding, others less, some bleed over the first day and in subsequent bit. For each type of flow there is a specific pad that will meet with your needs. To choose the ideal pad, first you have to determine your type of flow: light, moderate or heavy.
For each case there is a specific pad:
1) Thin and ultra thin pad, for light flow
2) Anatomical or Regular pad, for moderate flow
3) Overnight pad, for heavy flow
If you are experiencing an irregular menstrual cycle, our advice is to assemble a kit with different types of pads. Regarding the cover and surface of the pad, some of them are manufactured with "cloth-like" and "plastic mesh." It is important to consider that cloth-like offers comfort and allows passage of air so you will feel dry and cool. Finally, only decide if your pad must count with wings. Helpful hints.
Change your pad every 3 or 4 hours of use.
Do not forget that absorption depends on the thickness of the pad "is not true that thin pads absorbs as the same as the fat ones." Remember that for each type of flow there is a specific pad. Consider the wings, as they provide enhanced fit and stop soiling of cloths.
